On Thursday, November 23rd, in front of a gathering of more than 150 top Agents, Managing Brokers, business associates and investors in the Pacific Ballroom of the prestigious Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, RIFO Holding Group celebrated its Vancouver acquisition success and officially unveiled its West Coast business strategy.&nbsp;A year in the making, the acquisitions will be transformational for the Vancouver housing market and for homeowners in British Columbia for years to come.&nbsp; The RIFO platform now manages 16 separate Brokerages, over 4,000 Agents, and has secured access to more than $30 billion in Gross Transaction Volume (as measured over the full year 2022).<figure class="image image_resized image-style-align-left" style="width:32.64%;"><img src="https://files.rifo.co/CompanySite/102/102_20231206 johnson.png"></figure>Master of Ceremonies for the event, Content Creator&nbsp;and Strategist of Sutton 1st West Realty, Raphael Shehata, led the day’s proceedings. Johnson Ji, CEO of RIFO Realty Group, opened the series of presentations by providing his view of the importance of the BC acquisitions to RIFO’s larger strategy and his vision for the company’s future. Paul Derksen, Independent Member of the RIFO Holding Group Board of Directors joined via video delivering a pre-recorded welcome and encouragement to the group. Robert Fotheringham, a fellow Member of the Board of Directors, followed with an address that focused on the company’s shareholder structure and Board responsibilities. Michael Lam, CEO of Sutton Group Management and the newly appointed CEO of RIFO Realty (BC) Group,&nbsp;provided insights into his motivation to be a major driver of the BC initiative and now a key participant in the continuing RIFO strategy. &nbsp;&nbsp;Regional President of&nbsp;RBC,&nbsp;Martin Thibodeau&nbsp;and his team were on hand to lend their encouragement and support, as were a number of prominent property developers and local investors.<img class="image_resized image-style-align-right" style="width:31%;" src="https://files.rifo.co/CompanySite/102/102_20231206 michael.png">The Vancouver Sun attended to interview Michael Lam.
